1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • You must have the proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for sending the product back to us.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the Return: Use the return label provided (if applicable) and send the item to the designated return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you choose to use our return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  • Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale (e.g., opened or damaged), we may issue a partial refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Gift Cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@luria.site or call us at (304) 752-6661. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure to initiate a refund.

10. Refund to Original Payment Method

Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used during the purchase. Please be aware that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
